The Joe Negri Award is the highest and most prestigious Award that can be presented to a member and reflects his/her personal individual efforts and participation during the preceding years on a national level, and who has contributed the most to the advancement and embodiment of the USSVI Creed.
By his/her dedicated service and support to our USSVI organization and fellow Submarine Veteran Brothers, it exemplifies the true meaning and spirit of the word, “SHIPMATE”
