At the February 4th Tarheel Base meeting, Paul Hiser was inducted into the Holland Club. Paul qualified submarines aboard the USS Sea Devil SSN-664 in 1973,
Paul is a long-time member of Tarheel Base and was also recipient of the Joe Negri Award in 2022 for his service as USSVI National Treasurer.
